Lexi Godwin

Lexi Godwin is currently a senior at La Costa Canyon High School. She trains and competes with her studio, Evoke Dance Movement, while also serving as a member of her high school dance team. Throughout her training, she earned multiple national championship titles with her studio team and was honored to receive the title of Elite Protégé at the Radix Dance Convention. That opportunity allowed her to travel across the United States assisting classes taught by world-renowned choreographers and performing her solo for dancers from around the country.

This fall Lexi will attend Chapman University to pursue a major in Dance. As a dance major, she hopes to further develop her artistry, expand her creative voice, and grow both as a performer and choreographer. During her time at Chapman and beyond, she plans to pursue a professional dance career while eventually transitioning into teaching and choreography, with the goal of inspiring and mentoring the next generation of dancers.
