Andrea Félix

Andrea Félix will be graduating from Carlsbad High School with a 4.13 GPA. While balancing rigorous academic classes, she has been part of her school’s Show Choir program for 4 years, helping the group earn first-place finishes in 2 of 3 competitions this season. Andrea also competed in the Drama Teachers’ Association of Southern California competition, where her group placed first out of sixty competing groups. Throughout high school, she has performed in community theater, school productions, and regional productions, and has also held leadership roles, including Choreographer and Assistant Director for Moonlight Youth Theater. One of her favorite opportunities was being cast in the regional production of Disney's Tarzan the Musical through Moonlight Stage Productions.

Most recently, Andrea was selected to perform in Mosaic Rising New Voices Center Stage and was a finalist for the Cygnet Scholarship Competition. Andrea’s latest accomplishment is playing Bea Bottom in Something Rotten!, a role that led to her being named a Top 20 nominee for the Broadway San Diego Awards. In the fall, Andrea will attend Long Island University to earn a BFA in Musical Theater and continue working toward her goal of performing on Broadway.
